Reza Ardekani
Reza Ardekani is Chief Technology Officer of Biolyst Scientific. As Chief Technological Officer, he spearheads the creation of new products, shapes the company’s technology roadmap, and ensures that Biolyst Scientific remains at the cutting edge of solving customer needs. Reza assumed the role upon the successful sale of Azer Scientific, a company he built into a prominent laboratory consumables player as the Founder and CEO.
Reza brings extensive experience in leading national business development strategies, developing intellectual property, managing multi-channel commercial teams, and overseeing operations and distribution. He has been instrumental in founding, financing, and developing numerous businesses, guiding them from initial concepts to successful enterprises. Reza holds a bachelor’s degree in Cell Biology and Cytotechnology from Thomas Jefferson University.

Stacie Kirsch
Stacie Kirsch, the Founder and former CEO of Electron Microscopy Sciences Powered by Biolyst, has led the company to achieve market dominance in the microscopy supply industry for over 35 years. After a strategic transition period, she has returned to serve on the advisory board, where she leverages her extensive knowledge across all fields of microscopy to drive the company’s growth and expand its presence.

Adam Ardekani
Adam Ardekani joined Azer Scientific in 2016 as Director of Business Development. In 2020, he assumed the role of President, where he played a pivotal role in driving the organization’s growth and solidifying its position as a full-service supplier for the clinical and life science markets. Under his leadership, Adam was instrumental in forging a strategic partnership with Inverness Graham, facilitating the merger of Azer Scientific and Electron Microscopy Sciences. He currently serves as a Board Member and Executive Advisor to Biolyst Scientific. In addition to his advisory work, Adam is the President of Birch Biotech, a leading supplier of HPLC and LC-MS grade solvents for analytical testing applications. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Elon University.
