Will there be any changes to your standard terms and conditions, including our return policy?

To simplify our customers’ experience, we will be unifying our standard terms and conditions across Azer and EMS and will publish that on our website, quotes and order confirmations.

Will your customer service email address change?

Our domain will change respectively from @emsdiasum.com and @azersci.com to CustomerService@biolyst.com . Emails sent to the previous addresses will be forwarded appropriately so customer communications won’t be affected.

Where do I send my purchase orders? Where do I send the email address for orders?

Orders can now be sent to CustomerService@biolyst.com , or through previous email addresses ( orders@azersci.com and info@emsdiasum.com ).

Can I consolidate my purchase orders to combine my Azer and EMS orders or shipments?

At this time, our internal systems don’t allow this yet. We are working hard to make this an option for you in the future.

How will this impact my online account?

No impact, you can continue to use your account as is.
